More Ice and Snow...

Here are a few more pictures of winter on the farm....

Holing Up...

We are holing up. It's 22 below zero and windy. We are warm
inside and watching the grosbeaks, chickadees, gray jays, and
squirrels at the feeders.

The Weekend Was About Snow...

Yes, we got close to twenty inches of snow at the farm. Grand Marais had two feet. There was lots of down-home excitement with plow trucks getting stuck and breaking down. You would think I would have some pictures...
Betsy took a four day landscape painting class at the Grand Marais Art Colony. I'm looking forward to see her painting. I hear it's of a scene in Uganda, Africa. Maybe she'll let me take a picture of it and post it here...
